Philadelphia, PA – February 22th, 2013 – Julie Copeland, president and CEO of Arbill -- a leading provider of workplace safety products, services and training -- has been recognized as one of Enterprising Women’s 2013 Top Woman Entrepreneurs.
The Enterprising Women of the Year Awards are a tribute to top women entrepreneurs from around the globe. To be recognized by Enterprising Women, award recipients must demonstrate they have a fast-growth business and express active leadership in the growth of women’s entrepreneurial pursuits.
Copeland has a long history of motivating woman entrepreneurs. She is Vice Chair of the Women’s Enterprise Leadership Forum for WBENC and a founder of the Women’s Business Enterprise Council (WBEC) of PA-DE-Southern NJ Envoy Program. Copeland received the WBE Leadership Award and the Brava! Award, as well as a wealth of impressive acclaims: a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) Star, a Smart100 by SmartCEO Philadelphia and a Future Leader in Distribution by Industrial Distribution Magazine.
“It’s an incredible honor to be recognized by Enterprising Women,” says Copeland. “But all motivated female entrepreneurs know recognition is never the end goal. For me, it’s much more about the ability to combine my two passions: inspiring woman entrepreneurs and getting our workers home safe at the end of each shift.”
Copeland has helped to expanded Arbill’s own safety product line, TruLine®, and provide customized, end-to-end safety solutions for workplaces across the country. “I am grateful for the opportunity to impact lives by making work places safer,” says Copeland.
Arbill has been honored on numerous occasions for its excellence, innovation and growth, including Top 50 Fastest-Growing Company by SmartCEO and Best of Philadelphia for Industrial Supplies by the U.S. Commerce Association.
The 2013 Enterprising Women award finalists and winners will be recognized on Wednesday, April 3 and Thursday, April 4 at The Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale, located at 1 North Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, FL.
