If you encounter an emergency after normal business hours, please call our main toll-free number (800) 523-5367. You will hear a series of prompts to leave a message. After-hours services are available on Option #3. An Arbill representative will return your call within a maximum of two hours to address your situation. An additional fee may apply.

Disaster Preparedness
Arbill understands that no business should be without a plan for maintaining service levels no matter what emergency may occur. We also recognize that safety is a critical part of our customers’ business, so we must be prepared to provide them with product when they need it. For that reason, we have a comprehensive disaster recovery program in place. Our plan will allow Arbill to survive the impact of a disaster and remain in control of the business to continue to service our customers.
