Service Specialist US-PA-Northeast Philadelphia
Department:
Reports to: Service Specialist Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enrich the customer experience and loyalty with Arbill by providing superior service.
- Enter customer orders accurately and provide information on products and services.
- Increase sales and customer awareness by presenting new or additional products and services.
- Take ownership in resolving customer service issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate account information in our computer system.
- Provide leadership to your team by demonstrating initiative to exceed our customer's expectations
- Proactively communicate with internal staff to improve processes, productivity and profitability.
- participate in training programs provide administrative support to safety constultants.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Desire to be excellent in your work.
- An outgoing/high energy personality.
- Great communication skills with an ability to multi-task.
- Strong attention to details.
- 1-3 years of customer service/sales experiance with proven success.
- Working knowledge of Windows/MS Office Suite
- HS diploma or GED.
- B2B product sales experience is a plus.
