Evaluate the Task, Not Just the Job Title
PPE requirements should be connected to the task and exposure rather than assigned only by job title.

They can explain where equipment interferes with the task, where PPE becomes uncomfortable, which supplies are difficult to access, and which products fail prematurely.
Employee involvement improves both protection and acceptance. Workers are more likely to use equipment consistently when they understand the selection process and have an opportunity to provide meaningful feedback.
